Short About Aid in Action:
Aid in Action is a volunteer organisation established in 2008 by Anne Louise Hübert.
Aid in Action’s purpose is to provide humanitarian help- and encourage sustainable development for poor people.
Found-raising has been used for humanitarian projects in Kenya and Somalia, although the greatest proportion of the organisation’s work is spent on long-term projects to reduce poverty.
The money has been spent building wells, water infrastructure, roads, children’s centres, buying green houses and food for schools, and the planting of papaya trees.
Aid in Action is known for its active use of social media to engage and update sponsors.
